The poster boards will be displayed in one of the ballrooms at The Hilton Knoxville Downtown. Each poster board will fit TWO posters. Therefore, your poster should be no larger than 4' (48") wide x 4' (48") tall. Both sides of the poster boards will be utilized. We will be providing you with push pins to mount your poster. For your convenience, we have created a template for your poster. Please use this when creating the poster. Please consider bringing multiple miniature versions of your poster for dissemination to interested attendees and student poster judges (if applicable to you).

Oral Presentation Information:
Presenters who are accepted for an oral presentation or invited oral presentation should prepare a talk up to, but not to exceed, 15 minutes. Afterwards there will be a brief, up to 5 minute period, for questions and answers. Oral presenters are requested to have a PPT presentation to go along with their talk. Presenters should be prepared to share their PPT presentation via a USB flash drive when checking in at registration. Session organizers will have the presentations preloaded onto the computers to cut down on transition time between presenters.

Conference Program:
Please note that abstracts will be included in the conference program. The abstract information from the original submission will be used for this portion.

Optional Proceedings:
These deadlines are critical for your paper to be included in both the program and the conference proceedings. If you are not the final author or presenter, please advise us as soon as you know who that is. Please email your final paper, PowerPoint presentation, or poster PDF to Grace Foster. Please note that we cannot accept your oral presentation as a pdf.
